If you already have an idea of a finance provider or you are completely new to looking for finance, we will go through all the options that are available to you. A: If you’re upgrading from a tourer and are looking to part exchange, we can work out a deal with you. Our team understand when you are upgrading to a static holiday home that your touring caravan may now be surplus to requirements, that’s why we can offer a part exchange package to help you with your payment towards your new holiday home.
A: The annual site fees at Thorpe Farm Holiday Park for a static caravan in 2026 are £3360 for a single width holiday home and £4160 for a double width. Please speak to our team directly for the prices for the following year and we’ll be happy to answer any questions that you have.
A: Just like when you own a home, there are general other fees you must consider. These include but are not limited to insurance, gas and electric, safety checks for your gas and electric as well as general maintenance such as deck work. Our team are always open and transparent with our static caravan owners and if there are other costs incurred, we will speak with you about these.
A: Upgrading your static caravan a few years down the line may be something you would like to consider and it’s an option we’ve helped many holiday home owners explore in the past. It can often be more affordable than you may think, so as and when the time comes for an upgrade, our team will be ready and waiting to help you with the next steps!
A: We’re a dog friendly park! We love four-legged friends at Thorpe Farm and can’t imagine a family friendly holiday park without them. All we ask is that they are kept on a lead in when around the park but we do also have designated areas such as our exercise area where they can be let off the lead too.
